It's a chance for both of us to see if you could benefit from our services. Please understand we do this because we’re more interested in helping you achieve your fitness goal rather than simply selling you another “fitness product”.

That said, the TrainChange Fitness Strategy will work for anyone. However, it’s not for everyone because it requires: Hard Work, Commitment and Dedication.

If we feel we can help you achieve your goal we’ll provide additional consulting or training solutions. If we can’t, we’ll try to provide you with the proper guidance or recommend an approach that may work better for you.

Is TrainChange Only for People Trying to Lose Weight?
No, it's for anyone who would like to improve their health. TrainChange isn't just about losing weight, it's about learning how to eat and exercise so that your body will work more efficiently. Increased fat burning, a faster metabolism and muscle toning are only the results of this effect.

What makes TrainChange different from any other fad diet?
TrainChange is not a diet. Traditional diets focus primarily on one method. Either high-protein/low-fat, low-fat/high-carb or low-carb/high-fat. The problem with this is that just as our lives change from day to day, so must our diets. There may be times, say for instance the holidays or vacations, when we want to eat "diet" restricted foods; if we break down to satisfy these needs we are left with feelings of guilt and defeat. In contrast, TrainChange is about learning how to use a combination of techniques that allow you to eat the foods you want without worrying about getting fat. You are given the freedom to adjust your eating routines based on your circumstances. 

How does TrainChange Work?

The human body has amazing adaptive abilities. An example of this would be your body's response to water. When your body doesn't receive enough fluids it will retain water. If there is an excess of water, your body will release it. TrainChange systematically uses these adaptive abilities to increase fat burning and muscle growth.

Does this mean I can eat as much as I want and not worry about getting fat?  
Yes, and No. Contrary to what we learned as children, eating does not make you fat. Current research now proves this. In fact, it's the opposite. The more you diet, the fatter you get. So when you learn how to TrainChange, you learn how to eat without getting fat. However, you learn the correct amount and type of calories you need to reach your fitness goal.

So I don't have to give up my favorite foods?
 
Of cours not. Instead of forcing you to avoid your favorite foods, TrainChange teaches you how to incorporate these foods into successful nutrition routines. 

Are there special supplements or foods required for TrainChange to work?  
No. TrainChange isn't about magic bullets or prepackaged foods. Its about acquiring knowledge to help you make informed fitness choices.
