At
the TrainChange Fitness Studio we take pride in helping people
achieve maximum results, with minimum time and effort. We accomplish
this using a unique style of circuit training exclusively at our facility,
called TrainChange RPM.
TrainChange RPM is
a 48 minute high intensity workout that consists of free weights and
machine training, as well as cardio and ab conditioning. Regardless
as to whether you're a male or female, a regular gym rat or beginner,
our circuit are guaranteed to provide you with an effective, fast and
safe workout.
