SpinTense™ Cycle
Get ready for the ride of your life! Step away from the usual cycle class and enter into a fun, energetic and intense approach to indoor cycling. Classes are offered daily, but spots are limited! Check the calendar for dates and times and reserve your spots now!
TrainChange RPM™
TrainChange RPM is our an intense circuit class that covers all the bases of your exercise routine. Not all circuit training classes are the same and once you experience TrainChange RPM you'll know why. Our approach to circuit training will wear you out but alway leave you wanting to come back for more. Be sure to visit the calendar and reserve your spots right now to get your preferred dates/times!
Personal Training
Our teams of Fitness Specialists will assist you by teaching you correct use of free weights, Nautilus machines, cardio equipment and proper stretching techniques...while keeping you motivated! During your program you will also be taught which foods, supplements and exercises will help you burn fat and build lean muscle.
Customized Nutrition Plans
A customized nutrition plan will be designed specifically for your body type. By analyzing factors like your basal metabolic rate, fat oxidation, daily activities, etc., TrainChange optimizes your nutrition plans and calculates exact amount of daily calories you need to burn fat while gaining lean muscle. Stop the dieting yo-yo and give your body what it uniquely needs.
Customized Exercise Routines
A customized exercise routine will be developed in accordance with your body type. Through an isolation of red muscle fibers from white muscle fibers, we are able to increase your overall muscle energinics and training performance. This customized workout will consist of the safest and most effective exercises for you. Learn how to build your routine smarter not harder.
