Open TrainChange
RPM™
If 35-45 minutes a day is all you have to workout
you'll appreciate the flexible schedule of our
Open indoor cycle and circuit classes.
Open Classes are for our experienced clients that
no longer require the assistance of an instructor
or personal trainer to get the most out of their
workout. The classes provide individuals who value
the benefits of following an exercise routine
but lack the time and structure to do it consistently.
This intrapersonal approach to personal
training provides you with daily exercise routines,
training tips and access to the equipment you
need to become the person you want to be. All
you have to do is show up and be ready to work!

Extreme
Cardio Conditioning (X-cc)™
It's is exactly what the name says, "EXTREME".
This class is designed for athletes that can't
afford to gas-out during completion. Whether you're
goal is to complete in a Triathlon, enter the
military or kick a** in MMA, X-cc will put you
on top of your game! The class consists of a customized
30-minute speed/endurance cycle class immediately
followed by our unique RPM "Total Body Burn" circuit
workout. Attend 6 of these classes and we guarantee
to improve your aerobic and anaerobic strength,
endurance, flexibility and coordination.
Obviously, this extreme level of conditioning
isn't for everyone. But, if you're an athlete
that embraces the challenge of training outside
of your comfort range, and basking in the glory
of progress, this is for you!

emergency responders don't have the time to spend
