Using the ALLN-1: Total Booty Bench Configuration will allow you to turn your ALLN-1: Functional Fitness Bench into the most hardcore Push, Pull, Lift and Drag Power Sled.

dk Max Configuration

Using the ALLN-1: dk Max configuration will allow you to turn your ALLN-1: Functional Fitness Bench into equipment like a Standing Shoulder Press and Assisted Power Clean machine.  When used with the ALLN-1: Badass Booty (Footplate) you can also use it as a Vertical Leg Press and Donkey Kick.

Double Landmine Configuration

Using the ALLN-1: Double Landmine configuration allows you to turn your ALLN-1: Functional Fitness Bench into a landmine--with two bars--allowing you to perform exercises like landmine shoulder press, squats, lateral shoulder flys, chest flys, and more!

Overdrive Configuration

Using the ALLN-1: Overdrive configuration combines the benefits of the ALLN-1: Gladiator Sled and ALLN-1: Double Landmine configuration, meaning you now have 5x as many options.  Use it to perform exercises like landmine shoulder presses, push, pull, lift power sled work, a football drive sled, and more!
