PlyoBelt PRO vs. PlyoBelt Starter vs PlyoBelt Basic
The PlyoBelt Basic is our original, non-modular version of the PlyoBelt that does not reconfigure into difference pieces of equipment like the PlyoBelt Starter and PlyoBelt PRO upgrades.
The PlyoBelt Starter and PlyoBelt PRO are the same belt, but the PlyoBelt PRO packages includes our patented ALLN-1 VRS Clips and ALLN-1 Resistance Straps that will allow you to perform more exercises with your PlyoBelt.

We Simplified the Equipment
With the PlyoBelt Home Fitness Training Program, you can use everyday household items as gym equipment. Don't have access to an exercise bench? No problem. Use a basic chair instead. Want to go for a run but don't have a treadmill? No problem. Use a door (yes, a door).
We Simplified the Weights
Incorporating progressive resistance into a training routine is critical for developing leaner, firmer and stronger muscles. But weights are expensive to make AND ship. We solved this problem by offering you an ingenious way to use water bottles as weights. Whether you're at home or on the road, you can easily use water bottles in place of dumbbells for a GREAT workout!
We Simplified the Exercise Routines
Like all our customize TrainChange® and ALLN-1® fitness programs, we designed the PlyoBelt™ training program with the Pareto Principle in mind. You only perform the "vital few" exercises that produce the best results. For example, instead of creating a traditional routine where you perform 3-4 exercises for your glutes, we only have you perform one. But that one exercise will be as effective as if you had done all three.
PLYOBELT BOTTLE CARRIERS
Easily add progressive weight resistance training with the Plyo Bottle Carriers. Designed to easily fit up to 1 gallon standard size bottles you can attach the carriers to your PlyoBelt to incorporate more challenging exercise routines in your program. Fill them with water or sand for a maximum weight of 7lbs on each side!
This is a great option if you're traveling, and want to pack light. Once you arrive at your destination, simply go to any convenience store and purchase 2 bottles, fill as desired, place them into the carriers, attach to your belt and you're done! It's that easy.

The PlyoBelt™ can also be used as foot straps, hand grips and even shoulder harness! Snaps are located inside of the belt that allow you to fold over the sides and lock them in place!
ANKLE & WRIST STRAP
Simply fold and click the sides of the PlyoBelt™ over to create wrist and ankle straps. Doing so will allow you to perform targeted exercises such as straight leg cable kickback with the ankle strap, jab punches with the wrist straps and hip abductions with the thigh straps*.
