F2 Modular Gym Seat
Our unique F2 Modular Gym Seat has been innovatively designed to be used in multiple setups. As part of our commitment to making equipment more modular and affordable, the F2 Modular Gym Seat does not include the F2 Bar. This is so you can decide which F2 Bar best meets your training needs, and better yet, if you already own an F2 Bar you don't need to purchase another one.
The F2 Modular Gym Seat ships fully assembled for easy setup, all you have to do is decide which size F2 Bar you'd like to use with it.
it works within the 24" space of the F2 Bench all the way up to 50" larger rack. It can also be mounted and used within door frames with the upgraded hardware. Additionally, its unique design also allows it to be turned over and used and footstep, making it great for exercises like elevated hip thrusts and glute bridges.
Easy Set-up, Easy Carry & Easy Storage
The F2 Modular Gym Seat has a vinyl-covered padded cushion and diamond plate steel footplate mounted to our F2 Bench 11-gauge steel tube crossmember seat.
To setup, simply install the F2 Bar through the center of the crossmember, attach it to your F2 Bench, rack or door frame and you're ready to go. When you're done, just detach the diamond plate, unscrew the F2 Bar and store!
