WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

We offer both group and private one-on-one training. Our group classes are small and there will never be more than 10 people in the studio at one time. The environment is welcoming and the classes are guaranteed to push you just beyond your comfort zone! All of our Fitness Specialists are top notched industry professionals, handpicked and selected by Al. Our exercise routines and nutrition plans are based on empirical science, not irrational gym logic, and our programs are designed to produce quantifiable results.

CONSISTENCY

MEMBERSHIP

As industry professionals we know there are a lot of places you can train and a lot of trainers to select from, that’s why we encourage you to train with us only if you’ve been training for at least 1 year on your own or have had a personal trainer in the past. Because while we enjoy helping people at all fitness levels, we also realize that not everyone is ready to make the level of commitment that’s actually required to punch through their fitness goal. As a result, we only offer a limited number of memberships. But for those individuals that are ready to give 110% toward achieving their fitness goal, we are the team that’s guaranteed to make it happen. The only question is, are you ready to put in the work?
